REFUND AND DELIVERY POLICY


REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refunds for customer purchases will be allowed where either an ebook is damaged on our server and we can not repair it and thus make it available to the customer or the content of the ebook is substantially different to the content advertised through its blurb, genre classifications and the supplied extract, bearing in mind that we allow only three genres to be selected for a given title so other genres may also apply that could not be selected by the publisher.

DELIVERY OF PURCHASE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital (electronic) books (ebooks) are available for download after purchase. Members will have all purchases added to their library if they are logged in prior to purchase. Non-members, and members not logged in will be emailed a link to a download page which will include an access key that will be required to achieve access to the download. Please contact our webmaster if for any reason you are unable to complete your download. Please allow 24 hours for a response to all email enquiries.
